Well, I stayed in a room here that was super clean and tidy, had a comfy double bed, and offered a nice view 👌.

We thoroughly enjoyed particularly good and unbeatable location of this place.

The room was well cleaned with scenic views of sea too.

The breakfast is amazing, I appreciated it.

The hotel served buffet breakfasts. The view of sea too was SCENIC and our room was well cleaned and elegant. Location: the venue was just off main shopping areas, restaurant and Goldfinch Mangalore. We stopped by Diesel Cafe for coffee and treats, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very cordial and friendly. The restaurent are good.

The bathrooms did not have Shampoo & bath liquid.

The central location was great, and they kept everything super clean. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to get around. We were pleasantly surprised by Café Diesel Cafe just a mile away - definitely worth a visit. the rooftop restaurant served up some delicious food. 🍽️

Have been staying regularly at the hotel. However, the rooms were ordinarily maintained this time. No towels (had to ask for it), ac not working during the day. Atleast two litres of water be provided in the room and adequate tea bags and milk powder packets..at least four.

Usually my experience has been good and that is why I have been going there.

Booking .Com Mail reaches the hotel very late . I was made to stay in reception due to delay in Mail from Booking .com. any way room was given & staff was Co-oprative

Not quite upto the standard of uk and European 4 star hotels, but good and attentive staff, nice rooms, and clean. Some of the public spaces and rooms a bit tired, in need of updating, but a good hotel for Mangalore

Our room was super nice and clean. It was well-maintained and cozy. the price we paid was totally worth it. Plus, the room was fully furnished and had everything we needed. 🌟

The staff are very friendly, serves good food and best location for shopping. But has electricity or blackout problem very oftenly.

the pub was under renovation. The swimming pool seems to be closed. the lounge/sofa in the room was not comfortable.
